nor-wich way?!

so, went to norwich for the tattoo convention last week. i was expecting lots of old men. preferably farmer types. nope. few and far between i tall ya! (probably coz they are all on their farms.) i'm sure the city folk congregate somewhere, but i didn't find said place :(

so here's a few recent additions regardless.....

this guy was rifling through a bag of swag. i think he's a real life Fagan....

slippery when wet

not so awesome over the shoulder shot.... moving target.

my hero

happy chappy. he was almost skipping down the street. he would if he could. probably has a bad hip :(

not so happy chappy's.

most definitely not a happy chappy. this was just as i got off the train back from norwich.... was good to spot one straight off. it had been a slow week.

amazing profile.

this guy loved my dog. i loved his epic awesome old school tattoo.

this was the barman in the first pub i went to in norwich. it gave me unrequited hope

this is either a really small old guy, or a normal old guy very far away. u decide.

mr T. at our booth at the tattoo convention.

cutest couple EVER. forever ever? FOREVER EVER! :)

he looks like he's in a pickle. i hope he didn't get the wrong train.

maybe he aint technically "old" but he had awesome hair. so there.

this mornings over the shoulder shot. great improvement from yesterday! woop woop. learning is fun.

on the way to work this fine morning. felt like summer. good stuff. not sure they're gonna find the good stuff they look like they are accustomed to though.

spoilt for choice.

wow, so as i imagined, blackpool is rife with awesome elderly gentlemen. bless 'em. problem was, they were either wizzing about on mobility scooters, or i was too hungover to give 100%.....

still here's my newest men....

euston station was a mini goldmine. lots of old men waiting to get to where they are going.

over the shoulder shot. so smooth.

got a few gems smoking outside the station too. i think this was right before i heard a couple arguing.... it went like this...
man :c'mon! we're late!
woman :can't we wait? i dont wanna get my umbrella wet

wow.

this guy has his backpack set to the correct height to avoid back damage. good man.

i almost walked straight into this guy. close call.

this photo doesnt even remotely do the polish on his head justice.

these were my train station favourites. they set up camp next to a group pf punks and of course, a defibrillator.

heading for the train. i've noticed this head down for momentum thing a lot recently.

i'm pretty sure this guy woke up. pretty pretty sure as larry david may say...

i might request this be entered into the X Games

this guy's really going places in that hat....

this guy isn't as old as he looked with sun glare behind him. but the glare on his face means i'm not wasting me risking my life and NOT posting this.

this was across the road from my shit heap of a "hotel" couldn't complain bout the view at least

happy chappy's make me happy too

this giuy yelled "OI!" at me. he was either pissed, or looking forward to cock sparrer playing.....

speed demon

legend. i love how u can see my reflection (wearing none other than a panda hat) and a mystery man by my side.

this guy kept scaring me outta the que in the pub by almost running me over. good tactics.

best head of hair ever.

same guy, the next day. i had to run outta the pub and halfway down the street to document his awesome attire while a bunch of skins laughed at me. it was so fucking worth it.

no running, on this guy. sat across at the pub. good lad.

exiting the pub. can u see what he's done with his hair?!

well here ya go, ran down the road after him to get this shot for y'all

shame the guy on the left got spliced, but the best part was his facial hair anyways. love the guy behind him too.

these last 2 are my FAVOURITES. they rocked.

god bless blackpool and all it's elderly male inhabitants.

there's more where that came from...

so, i may have another minion. never can have too many comrades photographing the elder gentry now, can you?

he took to my quest for photographing as man old men as possible like a fish to water... here's a menu which is somewhat related that we laughed over....

so back to my newest additions....

this happy chap was waiting right outside the bar, so that was a handy demonstration.

this was getting off the tube i think my camera had a bit too much to drink.

this morning on the way to work.
he smelt good.

seems no matter how high they pull their socks up, this always happens. that sneaky leg look inch.

upon reflection (get it.... ?!)

i think this is what a man in a muddle looks like.

i've missed a lot of old men the past few days, been pre-occupied with other things. i'll try harder next time. actually, this time tomorrow i will be in blackpool so i'm sure i'll get loads. may not be posting them, as i wont have computer access and blogging on my phone is a HUGE hassle.

but i'm hoping it'll b worth the wait!
